Will this straighten my curly hair?
This is not a chemical straightening process. It will relax your curls, reduce frizz and make it easier for you to style your hair but it will not make curly hair poker straight.
At Head Office, we prioritise the health of you and your hair. Chemical straightening methods can compromise the strength and health of your hair and pose risks to overall health. This is a safer alternative that nurtures your hair's natural vitality and shine.
Will I still need to blowdry my hair?
This all depends on your hair and how it responds to the treatment. Some clients have been able to let their hair air dry while others still need to spend a shorter amount of time drying and styling.
We will always be honest about the capabilities of products and treatments in salon and can therefore not guarantee that you’ll never have to pick up a hairdryer or straighteners ever again!
How long will it last?
Results should last up to 6 months, depending on how often you wash it, with proper aftercare.
How much does it cost?
This is a premium service and is priced according to the time required for the service and the product cost. During your consultation, we will evaluate your hair's current condition and discuss your specific goals for the treatment. Prices start from £150.

How long does the treatment take to do?
Again, this varies depending on the length and thickness of your hair but varies from 2-3 hours.
Will it sting my eyes?
Most other smoothing treatments can make your eyes sting but ours is formaldehyde-free and does not contain any harsh chemicals that will sting your eyes.
Can I use my normal shampoo and conditioner after?
In order to maintain the effects of the treatment for as long as possible, it’s important you follow aftercare advice given by your stylist. We stock the full Nine Yards range which are free of sulphates and other harmful ingredients that will affect how long you can go in between treatments.

Can I book straight in?
You’ll need a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists before you book your appointment. This allows us to allocate enough time for your session, assess your hair type and the necessary products, provide you with a final price, and ensure that your desired results are achievable.
After your consultation, you can either book your appointment immediately or take some time to think about it and contact us to schedule at your convenience.
Can I have my colour done on the same day?
Unfortunately not. You can have a cut on the same day but colour services need to be carried out a week before/after.
